For custom and personalized orders, we will send a picture for your approval before shipment. Once shipped, it means you have agreed to the final product, and no changes, refunds, or returns will be accepted.
We are not responsible for wrong sizing. Please follow the steps provided to measure your nails accurately before placing your order.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at kittyclawsnailz@gmail.com with a clear photo of the incorrect item and your order number. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
Shipping Issues
