REFUNDS & RETURNS
All press-on sets are made to order (unless stated as pre-made), meaning they will be made once you place your order. This guarantees that each set is tailored specifically for you. As a result, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products sold, including incorrect sizes or shapes.
For custom and personalized orders, we will send a picture for your approval before shipment. Once shipped, it means you have agreed to the final product, and no changes, refunds, or returns will be accepted.
We are not responsible for wrong sizing. Please follow the steps provided to measure your nails accurately before placing your order.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, please email us at kittyclawsnailz@gmail.com with a clear photo of the incorrect item and your order number. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
SHIPPING
Tracking will be provided for all shipped order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they are with the carrier, nor for any damage that occurs during shipping. Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping information. If you have issues tracking your order please reach out for assistance.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
